ENERGY CHINA GPEC is committed to the expansion of overseas power projects. It has undertaken power projects in Vietnam and Indonesia in Southeast Asia, Bangladesh and Ghana in Africa and so forth. The projects completed include: Campha Construction and Installation Project in Vietnam (Phase 1&2), Muara Enim Coal-fired Unit Project in Indonesia (2x150MW), Dohazari and Hathazari HFO Generator Unit Project in Bangladesh (1x100MW), Mao Khe Coal-fired Generator Unit Project in Vietnam (2x220MW) and Medan EPC Coal-fired Generator Unit Project in Indonesia (2x200MW) and so forth. At present, the projects under construction of the company include the Bangaladesh Shahjibazar 300MW ± 10%  Gas-fired Power Plant, Vinh Tan 1 BOT Coal-fired 2x600MW Power Plant Project in Vietnam and Sunon Asogli Power(Ghana)Phase II 2×9E Gas-fired Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Project  and so forth. So far, the accumulated installed capacity winning the bid and entering into the contract in terms of the overseas power project is 4594MW and the total installed capacity handed over is 2180MW.

ENERGY CHINA GPEC provides All In One System from engineering design, manufacture, construction, generator unit commissioning to operation and maintenance. From these overseas projects, GPEC has accumulated rich experiences in international trade and project management, with its own strong and unique competitive edge in international power project market.
